Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when a YetiNodes™ IT Solution purchase may be refunded, the required support process, and terms that remain non-refundable.
1. Refund eligibility
A refund request may be considered when a newly purchased service cannot be delivered as described and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue. Requests must be raised promptly through an official Discord support ticket and include the relevant order details.
2. Technical support first
Customers must allow our support team a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and resolve any technical issue before a refund is considered. Refusing troubleshooting, withholding requested information, or closing the ticket early may make the purchase ineligible for refund.
3. Administrative deduction
Every approved refund is subject to a 10% administrative deduction from the original eligible payment. Payment gateway, currency conversion, transaction, or blockchain network fees are also not refundable.
4. Non-refundable services
Renewals, completed service periods, setup or migration work, add-ons, custom configurations, digital products, promotional or discounted purchases, cryptocurrency payments, and services suspended or terminated for policy violations are non-refundable. Resource usage, change of mind, software incompatibility, or circumstances outside YetiNodes™ infrastructure do not qualify.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically create a refund. Customers remain responsible for backing up their data before cancellation. Data may be permanently removed when a service ends, and YetiNodes™ cannot guarantee recovery afterward.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original available payment method after the applicable deductions. Processing time depends on the payment provider and destination currency.
7. Chargebacks
Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting YetiNodes™ support may result in immediate service suspension and account restriction. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may be contested using service, payment, and support records.
8. Policy acceptance
By purchasing or renewing a YetiNodes™ service, you acknowledge and accept this Refund & Cancellation Policy. YetiNodes™ may update these terms when necessary; the policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to that order.
